Diagnostics

Your router is capable of testing your DSL connection. The individual tests are listed below. If a test displays a fail status, click Re-run Diagnostics
Tests at the bottom of this page to make sure the fail status is consistent. If the test continues to fail, click Help and follow the troubleshooting
procedures.
SYSTEM CHECK
There are two tests: Test your Ethernet(1-4) Connection and Test ADSL
Synchronization. They will either show PASS or FAIL.
INTERNET CONNECTIVITY CHECK
There are three tests: Test the assigned IP address, Ping ISP Default
Gateway and Ping Preferred DNS server. They will either show PASS
or FAIL.
Please click Re-run DiagnosticsTest to run diagnostics again on the above
test items.
