(1) 01. OPE PANEL TEST
This test checks the control panel display. When any key other than START and CLEAR/STOP is pressed
during the display test, O and X are displayed alternately in the lower right of the display.

All display dots keep turning on

and off alternatery for one second
each. (All LEDs turn on.)
