C U S TO M PR OG RA M MING
Allows you to customize your workout by letting you create the terrain.
1)
Press CUSTOM key once.
2)
Choose goal by pressing TIME, CALORIES or DISTANCE key.

Press the ARROW KEYS to select the desired duration, caloric expenditure or
mileage of workout.
)
Press ENTER key.
)
Set the RESISTANCE PROFILES using the arrow keys and press ENTER after each
RESISTANCE SEGMENT is set to the desired level. (Repeat until all 15 segments are
chosen.)
NOTE: if STOP key is pressed, it will take you back to the previous segment.
6)
Press START to begin program.
NOTE: to reset the memory press and hold the enter button for 5 seconds.

Motivates with different combinations of RESISTANCE.
