faxing, and minimize phone line charges with Scan-to-Email/Folder. The AIO print

Its compact size, front access design, and wireless connectivity allow for placement
practically anywhere in the office. The easy to use control panel with 2-line LCD screen
and large hard keys simplify walk-up copy, fax, and scan job programming. Store up to

access to the time saving ID Card Copy mode makes fast work of two-sided wallet-size
documents like checks, insurance cards, and driver licenses. Quickly scan hardcopy

The SP 204SFNw is designed to be ready when you are with a short warm-up time
of 25 seconds and a first print time of just 10 seconds. Ricoh's Dynamic Data Stream
Technology (DDST) leverages the file processing power of the connected Windows
computer to prepare print jobs, while its 32 MB RAM memory provides the space to
handle multiple tasks without slowing the network. Copy while receiving a fax, scan
while printing, and print while sending a fax. The reliable SP 204SFNw is built to take
on the workload of offices producing hundreds of pages per month.
Productive and versatile
The SP 204SFNw backs its performance claims with robust media handling capabilities.
A letter-size platen in combination with a 15-sheet automatic document feeder processes
originals up to 8.5" x 14" for black & white copying, faxing, and full color scanning.
The 150-sheet front-loading paper tray adjusts from postcard to legal size. Use the
single-sheet bypass and rear exit door for a straight-through paper path when printing
onto special stocks like letterhead and envelopes. The 50-sheet forward-facing exit tray
is internal, allowing the SP 204SFNw to fit in tight spaces.

the original packaging, is entitled to one year free technical telephone support
and is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of
ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original purchase. The All-In-One (AIO) Toner
Cartridge that is sold with the printer is also warranted with Advance Exchange
Warranty Service, for a period of 90 DAYS from the date of original purchase or
until depletion of the toner, whichever comes first.
