HOW TO... REPLACE THE LOWER TRACK COVER

Tools required: Phillips screwdriver, 13mm socket, ratchet
Estimated repair time: 15 minutes
1. Remove the main
shrouds. (see the
"How To ..." on page
86).
2. Carefully tip the unit
to one side and place
a 4" X 4" block or
equivalent under the
rear stabilizer. (The
lower track cover
cannot be removed
without tipping the
unit slightly.)
3. Remove the three
bolts and washers that
secure the lower track
cover to the frame.
4. Remove the lower
track cover.
5. Reverse steps 1
through 4 to install
the new lower track
cover.
Bolts (3),
torque to
9-13 ft-lbs
(12.2-17.6 Nm)
