HOW TO... REPLACE THE REED SWITCH AND BRACKET ASSEMBLY

Tools required: Phillips screwdriver, T-27 Torx bit, ratchet
Estimated repair time: 20 minutes
1. Remove the main shrouds (see
"How To..." on page 86).
2. Disconnect the reed switch cable
from the power control board.
3. Remove the two Torx screws that
secure the reed switch bracket
assembly to the frame.
4. Reverse steps 1 through 3 to
install the new reed switch
bracket assembly.
