ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the floor in front of you. Remove
all packing materials from your area and place them back into the box. Do not dispose of the packing
materials until assembly is completed. Read each step carefully before beginning. If you are missing

U.S.). Our Customer Service Staff is available to assist you from 7:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (Central
Time) Monday through Thursday and 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. (Central Time) on Friday.
NOTE: DO NOT SECURELY TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS UNTIL STEP 8.
STEP 1
Connect the two BASE FRAMES(1) with the CROSS BAR(2) and secure with HEX BOLTS
(M10x1.5x65mm)(32), WASHERS(M10)(38), and NYLOCK NUTS(M10x1.5)(35).
STEP 2
Insert the LOWER UPRIGHTS(3) into the BASE FRAMES(1) on both sides and secure with HEX
BOLTS(M10x1.5x15mm)(30) and WASHERS(M10)(38). Connect the two LOWER UPRIGHTS(3) with
the FOAM SUPPORT BAR(5) and secure with HEX BOLTS(M10x1.5x65mm)(32), WASHERS(M10)(38),
and NYLOCK NUTS(M10x1.5)(35).
