Meijer.com HARDWARE IDENTIFICATION CHART This chart is provided to help identify the hardware used in the assembly process. Place the washers or the ends of the bolts or screws on the circles to check for the correct diameter. Use the small scale to check the length of the bolts and screws. -

Meijer.com ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the floor in front of you. Remove all packing materials from your area and place them back into the box. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed. - Page 8 Meijer.com ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 3 Insert the two SUPPORT BARS(4) between the BASE FRAMES(1) and the LOWER UPRIGHTS(3), then secure at top and bottom to the BASE FRAMES(1) and the LOWER UPRIGHTS(3) with HEX BOLTS(M8x1.25x70mm)(29), WASHERS(M8)(37), and NYLOCK NUTS(M8x1.25)(34). STEP 4 Insert the two UPPER UPRIGHTS(11) into the LOWER UPRIGHTS(3) and secure with HEX BOLTS (M10x1.5x65mm)(32), WASHERS(M10)(38), and NYLOCK NUTS(M10x1.5)(35).

STEP 7 Attach the EXTEND ARM ASSEMBLY(8) to the LOWER UPRIGHTS(3) and the UPPER UPRIGHTS(11) with the LARGE MOUNTING BRACKETS(7), HEX BOLTS(M10x1.5x70mm)(33), WASHERS(M10)(38), and NYLOCK NUTS(M10x1.5)(35).

Attach the SUPPORT LEG(41) to the REAR SUPPORT(40) with HEX BOLT (M8x1.25x70mm)(29), WASHERS(M8)(37), and NYLOCK NUT(M8)(34). NOTE: Do not over tighten HEX BOLTS(32, 57) as the BRACE TUBES(43, 44), BRACE SUPPORT(45), and CONNECTING BRACKET(46) must be able to pivot smoothly after HEX BOLTS(32, 57) are tightened.
