Chapter 2 External component identification
Description
Turns off the display or initiates Sleep (Suspend in Linux) if the
display is closed while the power is on.
NOTE:
The display switch is not visible from the outside of the
computer.
Send and receive wireless signals to communicate with wireless
local area networks (WLAN).
Send and receive wireless signals to communicate with wireless
wide-area networks (WWAN).
Record sound.
On: The webcam is in use.
Records video and captures still photographs.
To use the webcam:
In Windows, select Start > All Programs > HP >
HP Webcam.
In Linux, select Computer > More Applications >
Cheese.
