Connect speakers to CD/receiver

Connect the speaker cords to the
speaker terminals of the CD/receiver.
Shift the tab to open the speaker terminal,
insert a wire from the speaker cord, then set
the tab back to close the speaker terminal.
One wire of the two-wire speaker cord is
marked with a line. Insert this wire into the
negative (·) terminal, and the other into
the positive (ª) terminal.
After closing the terminals, pull gently on
each wire to make sure that it is securely
connected.
For optimum stereo playback
If you want to ensure optimum stereo effects
during playback, be sure to place the left and
right speakers in similar, balanced positions (at
similar height or distance from the wall, etc.).
Also, make sure that the right and left speakers
are connected to the corresponding right and
left terminal pairs.
