Auto Programs must ONLY be used for the foods described below. For best results ensure that
the oven is cold before using any sensor program. It is not recommended to keep using the Auto
Programs consecutively.

Fresh Vegetables

Frozen Vegetables

Fresh Fish
Frozen Fish
To cook FRESH vegetables eg. carrots, cauliflower, not
suitable for potatoes. Place prepared vegetables into a
shallow container on turntable. Add 1 tbsp (15ml) of water per
100g vegetables. Cover with pierced cling film or lid. Press
the sensor cook veg/fish pad once. Press START.
Veg/Fish
To cook FROZEN vegetables. Place in a shallow container on
turntable, sprinkle with 15ml (1tbsp) of water per 100g
vegetables. Cover with pierced cling film or lid. Press the
sensor cook veg/fish pad twice. Press START.
To cook FRESH fish. Shield the thinner portions. Place in a
shallow container on turntable. Add 15ml (1tbsp) liquid. Cover
with pierced cling film or lid. Press the sensor cook veg/fish
pad three times. Press START.
Veg/Fish
To cook FROZEN fish. Place in a shallow container on
turntable, sprinkle with 15ml (1tbsp) of water. Cover with
pierced cling film or lid. Press the sensor cook veg/fish pad
four times. Press START. Thicker pieces of frozen fish may
require longer cooking
