match it to an appropriate rotation speed.

Optimal working procedures

Work with a minimum of pressure!

Move the appliance parallel, in extensive circles
or alternatively to and across.
j
Clean the sanding pad occasionally with the
vacuum cleaner.
j
Never sand different materials with the same
sanding pad (e.g. wood then metal).

Only with faultless sanding sheets can you
obtain a good sanding performance and spare
the appliance.

Maintenance and Cleaning

m Warning! Before carrying out work on the
appliance, always remove the plug from the power
socket.
The rotary sander is maintenance free.

Clean the appliance regularly, preferably directly
on completion of the task.
j
For cleaning the housing use a dry cloth, under
no circumstances should you use detergents,
solvents or abrasive cleaners.

Remove dust clinging to the sander with a brush.

Disposal

The packaging is made to 100 % of environ-
mentally friendly materials which you can
dispose of at your local recycling centre.
Do not dispose of electrical tools
in your normal domestic waste!
According to European Directive 2002 / 96 / EC for
used electrical and electronic appliances, and its
adoption into national laws, worn-out electrical tools
must be collected separately and subjected to an
environmentally friendly recycling procedure.
Your local communal or municipal authorities can
provide information on how to dispose of the worn-
out appliance.
