Split printing

The split printing feature allows you to create a very large poster from one original. The printer first scans the left side
of the original and prints a poster. Next, you feed the original into the printer again; the printer scans the right side of
the original and prints another poster. You then tape the two sides of the poster together, using the cut marks printed
on each half as a guideline.
Note that the split printing feature is available for 23" and 29" paper roll widths.
Be sure that a 23" or 29" paper roll is installed in the
printer. With the Standby screen displayed, press
[Menu].

the display.

screen shown in step 2. Press [Clear] to return to the
Standby screen.
