FCC Part 15
This equipment has been tested and found to �ompl� with the requirements for a
Class B di�ital devi�e under Part 15 of the Federal Communi�ations Commission
(FCC) rules.
These requirements are intended to provide reasonable prote�tion a�ainst
harmful interferen�e in a residential installation. This equipment �enerates,
uses and �an radiate radio frequen�� ener�� and, if not installed and used
in a��ordan�e with the instru�tions, ma� �ause harmful interferen�e to radio
�ommuni�ations. However, there is no �uarantee that interferen�e will not o��ur
in a parti�ular installation.
If this equipment does �ause harmful interferen�e to radio or television re�eption,
whi�h �an be determined b� turnin� the equipment off and on, the user is
en�oura�ed to tr� to �orre�t the interferen�e b� one or more of the followin�
measures:

Reorient or relo�ate the re�eivin� antenna.
•
In�rease the separation between the equipment and re�eiver.
•
Conne�t the equipment into an outlet on a �ir�uit different from that to
whi�h the re�eiver is �onne�ted.
•
Consult the dealer or an experien�ed radio/TV te�hni�ian for help.
Chan�es or modifi�ations to this equipment not expressl� approved b� the
part� responsible for �omplian�e �ould void the user's authorit� to operate the
equipment.
This devi�e �omplies with Part 15 of the FCC rules. Operation is subje�t to the
followin� two �onditions: (1) this devi�e ma� not �ause harmful interferen�e, and
(2) this devi�e must a��ept an� interferen�e re�eived, in�ludin� interferen�e that
ma� �ause undesired operation. Priva�� of �ommuni�ations ma� not be ensured
when usin� this telephone.
To ensure safet� of users, the FCC has established �riteria for the amount of
radio frequen�� ener�� that �an be safel� absorbed b� a user or b�stander
a��ordin� to the intended usa�e of the produ�t. This produ�t has been tested
and found to �ompl� with the FCC �riteria. The handset ma� be safel� held
a�ainst the ear of the user. The telephone base shall be installed and used su�h
that parts of the user's bod� other than the hands are maintained at a distan�e
of approximatel� 20�m (8 in�hes) or more.
This Class B di�ital apparatus �omplies with Canadian ICES-003.
