Troubleshooting
Out of range OR Base no power appears on my cordless handset.
•
Ensure �ou plu� the telephone base in properl� and the
power is on.
•
Pla�e the �ordless handset in the telephone base for one
minute to allow the �ordless handset and base to s�n�hronize.
•
Move the �ordless handset �loser to the telephone base. You
ma� have moved out of ran�e.
•
Reset the telephone base. Unplu� the ele�tri�al power. Wait
for 15 se�onds, then plu� it ba�k in. Allow up to one minute
for the �ordless handset and telephone base to reset.
•
Other ele�troni� produ�ts su�h as HAM radios and other DECT
phones �an �ause interferen�e with �our �ordless phone. Tr�
installin� �our phone as far awa� as possible from these t�pes
of ele�troni� devi�es.
The batteries do not hold a charge.
•
If the �ordless handset is in the telephone base or �har�er
and the �har�e li�ht is not on, refer to The charge light is off
(pa�e 19).
•
Char�e the batter� in the �ordless handset for at least 11
hours. For optimum dail� performan�e, return the �ordless
handset to the telephone base or �har�er when not in use.
•
If the batter� is depleted, it ma� take approximatel� 30
minutes to �har�e the handset before it shows Low battery.

You ma� need to pur�hase a new batter�. Refer to Battery

I hear other calls while using my phone.
•
Dis�onne�t the telephone base from the telephone ja�k, and
plu� in a different telephone. If �ou still hear other �alls, �all
�our telephone servi�e provider.
