Using the Menu

Advanced Menu / Admin

This function can be used to make a security password setting or perform a check/reset of the lamp timer, etc.

Set Password

A password can be set to restrict startup to avoid tampering with the projec-
tor or unauthorized use.
• Align the cursor with the
On
tent to with the cursor buttons (◀▶). The menu screen will disappear
and the password setting screen will be displayed.
• Make the setting using the cursor buttons (▲▼◀▶) of the remote control
or the projector control panel. Be sure to enter 4 digits.

The password that has been entered will not be
displayed; therefore, be sure to make a memo of
the set content and keep it where you will be able
to find it.
