This function can limit the power consumption of the projector to permit the
lamp to be used longer. By limiting the power consumption, the brightness
will drop; however, the service life of the lamp will be longer than with normal
use. This function can be used effectively for example when the screen is too
bright when projecting onto a small screen, or when the brightness drops
when projecting an image or video in a dark room.
• Press the ECO button to change to the Eco mode.
On: POWER/STANDBY button indicator flashes slowly in green. The brightness of the
lamp will be approximately 80% of normal, and the service life of the lamp will be ex-
tended.
Off: POWER/STANDBY button indicator lights steadily in blue. The brightness of the
lamp will be 100%, and there will be bright video.
Manual Adjustment of Focus
This projector is equipped with automatic and manual focus adjustment
functions.
Manual adjustment will be described here.
• Press the FOCUS button of the remote control (◀▶), and adjust the focus.
A press of the button will display the focus adjustment display.
• To close the display soon after the adjustment, press the MENU button of
the remote control or the projector. The display will close automatically
when there has not been an operation in about 10 seconds.
