15-4 The Menu System
Description
Sets the current date and time (See page 3-9.).
Enters the fax/telephone number you want to appear
at the top of each fax page you send (See page 3-10.).
Enters the name or company name you want to appear at the top
of each fax page you send (See page 3-10.).
Enables/disables printing of the sender information
(See page 3-8.).
Selects whether the sender information is positioned inside or
outside the image area (See page 3-8.).
Selects the prefix for the unit number (See page 3-8.).
Selects the scanning contrast (See page 6-14.).
Enables/disables the off hook alarm that alerts you
that the handset is not seated properly in its cradle.
Sets the volume of the FAX sounds.
Selects the ring volume when the FAX detects a voice call.
Selects the keypad touch beep volume.
Selects the error alarm volume.
Selects the line monitor volume (sound during dialling).
Selects the ring type for incoming calls.
Selects the telephone line type setting for your FAX
(See page 3-12.).
Enables dialling through a switchboard.
If you select PBX, you can select additional sub-settings
(See page 10-2.).
