To access to the MIDI/GENERAL mode, press the relative MIDI/GENERAL button,
and hold it down for a few seconds.
Use the PAGE buttons to scroll through the various pages. Move to the various
sections of a page with the CURSOR buttons.
The Damper Pedal functions are controlled by this section. The pedal must be connected
to the Damper socket located on the rear panel of the instrument. Use the TEMPO/
DATA buttons to access to the pedal menu.
1 Sw Up1/2: Sets the Real Upper1 e Upper2 to ON or to OFF.
This function is useful when you wish to use two sounds alternatively but do not wish
to interrupt the execution
2 St/Stp: Starts or stops the the drum pattern
3 Fill A: executes Fill IN A
4 Fill IN: executes Fill IN
5 Fill B: executes Fill IN B
6 Intro: adds the intro to the selected Variation
7 Ending: adds the ending to the selected Variation
An optional volume pedal (GEM prod. code: 970013) connected to the rear of the instrument, can either control the
overall volume (ALL) or the single sections (SEC). Use the TEMPO/DATA buttons To select ALL or SEC.
If the PAGE button is pressed, the display will show the following functions: Tuning,
Dynamic, Serial Computer.
Use the CURSOR buttons to select the desired function, and the TEMPO/DATA to modify
the values.

VOLUME PEDAL

This function indicates the overall tuning of wk1000, and can be modifi ed using
the TEMPO/DATA key. The 00 value corrresponds to standard tuning of the "A"
.

This parameter select an harder or softer keyboard to react to your touch.
3 options to modify the dynamic response are available: soft, normal and
hard. Note: the "OFF" indication shows that the keyboard is no longer
dynamic.
In case wk1000 is connected to a PC through a serial port, it is necessary
to select the type of connection according to the computer used
Enables video standard type according to the TV system used. You can
select between PAL (Europe) and NTSC.
Shows the lyrics of the Song both an external monitor or TV set and on
the display
