Parallel port *
The computer's back side
This Centronics-compatible, 25-pin parallel port is used
to connect a parallel printer or other parallel device.
This port supports Extended Capabilities Port (ECP)
standard. (Provided with some models)
The two Universal Serial Bus (USB) ports comply with
USB Serial 2.0 standards, which enables data transfer
speeds 40 times faster than the USB 1.1 standards.
(The ports also support USB 1.1)
This jack lets you connect to a LAN. The adaptor has
built-in support for Ethernet LAN (10 megabits per
second, 10BASE-T), Fast Ethernet LAN (100 megabits
per second, 100BASE-Tx) or Giga-bit (depend on model
you purchased). The LAN has two indicators.

The AC adaptor connects to this socket. Use only the
model of AC adaptor that comes with the computer.
Using the wrong adaptor can damage your computer.
