User areas

All text messages sent to your BT Domus will be stored in the
Inbox, which is accessible from any handset. This includes
messages that have been sent to a private sub-address, or
user area that you can set up. In the Inbox, private messages
are labelled with the name of the private user area instead of
the number of the text sender. In order to read these private
messages you will be prompted to enter the password you
specified when you set up the user area.

If you set-up personal user boxes you
must tell people your user area
number. They must put the relevant
user area number at the end of your
telephone number when they send
you a text message. If they do not
include the user area number, the
messages will be stored in the Inbox
and will be accessible to all users of
your BT Domus.
IMPORTANT
To receive text messages in a user
area you must first register for text
by sending a text message from the
user area.
