Oven function: Low temperature cooking
With the oven function Low temperature cooking
tender and remains particularly succulent.
We recommend Low temperature cooking for pieces of tender, lean meat and fish.
Low temperature cooking is not suitable for, e.g. pot roast or fatty roast pork.
The oven heats up to the selected or pre-set temperature. When this temperature is
reached, an acoustic signal sounds. After that the oven automatically switches to a low-
er temperature to continue cooking.
We recommend One for smaller pieces of meat, e.g steaks.

Important: Insert the fat filter when roasting.
