Cleaning and Care
Fat Filter
1. Clean the fat filter in hot water and washing up liquid or in the dishwasher.
2. Badly burned on soiling can be removed by boiling the filter in a little water to which 2-
3 tablespoonsful of dishwasher cleaner has been added.
Pyrolytic cleaning
Warning: The oven gets extremely hot during this process. Young children must be kept
away.
Important Before carrying out the Pyrolytic process, all removable parts, including the
side rails, must be removed from the oven.
If 'C3' appears in the clock display, pyrolytic cleaning does not start. Close the oven car-
riage door properly.
Pyrolytic cleaning
1. First remove the worst of the residue manually.
2. Select oven function Pyroluxe menue
– P2 appears in the temperature display.
– "02:45:00" appears in the clock display,
– cooking time flashes for approx. 5 seconds
Pyrolytic cleaning then starts.
Do not open the oven carriage door during the heating up time, otherwise the process is
cancelled.
The Light does not work.
When a pre-set temperature is reached, the oven carriage door is locked.

If the process is interrupted while the door is locked, only pyrolytic cleaning can be se-
lected as the next function. This only applies while the oven carriage door is locked.
Changing the length of time
1. Proceed as described in the section "Pyrolytic cleaning".
