IOPn.MtcMon status: The Windows NT operating system on the active CE(s) has been shut down due to a system
failure.
Severity Error
Description This message indicates that the Windows NT operating system running on the CE was shut
down due to a system failure that resulted in the removal of the last CE executing the operating
system. Note that in this scenario, the CE operating system did not perform an orderly and
graceful system shutdown.

Action • The CE operating system automatically reboots unless it has experienced enough failures
