Battery

electrolyte pack.Most battery'swill comewith theelectrolytealreadysealedinto
the battery.
Preparinq the battery:
Placebatteryon levelsurface.Removesealingtape
from top. (seefigure 20)
Takethe electrolyte containerout of the plasticbag.
Placeelectrolyte containerupsidedownwith the
sealedsilvermouthsof the electrolyte bottlesin
linewith thesix filler holesof the battery.(see
figure 21)
Pushthe containerdownstronglyenoughto break
thesilverseals.

Leavebottlesupsidedownin batteryholesuntil
electrolyte is completely drained.
Neverleavechildrenunattended aroundbattery.
If air bubblesceaseto float to thetop of the
electrolyte bottles,tap lightlyon top.
DO NOTremovecontainer from batterywhileit is
draining.
Nevercutor pierceelectrolytecontainer.
Afterall the electrolytehasdrainedfrom the bottles
intothe battery,pull plasticelectrolytebottles
gentlyout of the battery.
Discardemptyelectrolyte bottlesin a waste area
thatis inaccessible to children and animals.
Afterfilling letbatterystandfor at least30 minutes
beforecharging.Thisallowstheelectrolyteto
penetrateplatesfor optimumperformance and
ensureslongerbatterylife.
After30 minutesthe batteryis readyfor its initial
charge.Placecapstrip looselyover thefilling holes
as shownin the picture.(seefigure 22)
