  • Page 3 Handlebar Handlebar Steering stem assembly Bolt 3. Attach handlebar assembly to steering stem using hardware provided. Torque bolt to 33 ft.lbs. Zip tie Electrical components 4. Connect electrical components and secure all wires with zip tie.

    Front wheel Alignment tab on front fork Axle bolt Speed sensor 5. Align speed sensor between front wheel and front fork. Front wheel 6. Place front wheel spacer between disc spacer brake and fork on axle bolt. Attach front wheel with axle nut provided. Torque to 33ft.lbs.
  • Page 5 Headlight Panel Headlight panel 9. Connect headlight wire. 10. Insert headlight panel to tabs on scooter and secure with 4mm phillip head screws.
  • Page 6 Mirrors 11. Attach left and right mirrors to handlebars secure by tightening nut. Rear Mud Flap Mud flap 12. Attach rear mud flap to rear fender with 4mm phillip head screw.

    Battery Installation Battery located in floorboard. WARNING The following procedure is very dangerous and should be performed with utmost care and attention.   • Page 9 Battery Installation How to Initially Charge the battery: 1. Connect the red positive (+) cable to the red positive (+) pole of the battery. (see figure 23) 2. Connect the black negative (-) cable to the black negative (-) pole of the battery. (see figure 24) Figure 23 Note: The red positive (+) cable has a larger diameter than the black negative (-) cable.
