HOW TO USE THE ELLIPTICAL

HOW TO PLUG IN THE POWER ADAPTER
IMPORTANT: If the elliptical has been exposed to
cold temperatures, allow it to warm to room tem-
perature before plugging in the power adapter. If
you do not do this, you may damage the console
displays or other electronic components.
Plug the power
adapter into the
receptacle on the
console. Next,
plug the power
adapter into the
plug adapter if
necessary. Then,
plug the plug
adapter into an
appropriate outlet
that is properly
installed in accor-
dance with all
local codes and ordinances.
HOW TO LEVEL THE ELLIPTICAL
If the elliptical rocks slightly on your floor during use,
turn the leveling feet (see the drawing above) under
the rear of the elliptical until the rocking motion is
eliminated.

HOW TO MOVE THE ELLIPTICAL
To move the elliptical, stand in front of it, place one
foot against one of the wheels, and firmly hold the
upright. Pull the upright forward until you can move the
elliptical on the wheels. Carefully move the elliptical to
the desired location and then lower it to the floor. To
decrease the risk of injury, do not attempt to move
the elliptical over an uneven surface.
