Metal Marks and Scratches

Be careflfl not to slide pots and
pans across your cooktop. It will
leave metal markings oil tile
cooktop smthce.
These marks are removable using
the cleaning cream _dth a scrub
sponge and/or razor scraper.
If pots with a thin overlay of
alulninuln or (opper are allowed
to boil (hT, tile overlay may leave
black discoloration on tile
cooktop.
This should be removed
immediately before heating again
or the discoloration may be
permanent.
WARNIN& Carefullycheckthebottom of
pans for roughness that wouldscratch
the cooktop.
Cooktop Seal
To clean tile rooktop seal around tile
edges of the glass, lay a wet cloth on it
for a tew minutes, then wipe clean with
nonabrasive cleaners.
Glass surface - potential for permanent damage.
Our testing shows that if
you are cooking high sugar
mixtures such as jelly or
fudge and have a spillover,
it can cause permanent
damage to the glass surface
unless the spillover is
immediately removed.
Damage from Sugary Spills and Melted Plastic
