Note: The Trace On / Off
tool works as a toggle
function on an object.

The tool traces the path of an object as it is moved.

You can trace objects manually by dragging them, or
automatically by using the

You can select multiple objects for tracing, or deselect all trace
objects, by pressing ¤¸ with the cursor in an unoccupied
location in the plane.
¦ You can clear the results of a trace by pressing M.
To trace the path of a moving object:
1. Create a circle as shown in this
example.
2. Press

3. Select the objects to trace.
Selected objects are displayed in a
marquee outline.
4. To disable the trace on an object,
