Re-directing the fax domain to the SMTP gateway

Start the Domino Administrator by clicking Start > Programs > Lotus Applications >
Lotus Domino Administrator.

Once logged in, click on the tab for the server (domain).

Click the Configuration tab.

Expand the Messaging item in the left-hand panel and click on Domains.

Click Add Domain.

Under the Basics tab, select Foreign SMTP Domain in the Domain type field.

Under the Routing tab, type Fax.com in the Internet domain field.
Enter the host name or IP address of the computer hosting the OmniTouch fax server

SMTP gateway, in the Internet host field.

Click Save & Close. A new entry called Fax.com should be visible in the central panel
of the Administrator.

Close the Notes client Administrator.

Configuring the forms – Modifying the language text
To change the descriptor of any field, for a chosen language configuration, follow the
steps below (if you are performing this procedure as part of the automated installation
found in Section 6.2 of this chapter, then start at Step 6):

Start the Lotus Notes by clicking Start > Programs > Lotus Applications > Lotus Notes.

Select the tab for an empty workspace and click File > Database > Open or right-click in
the workspace and select Open Database.
In the Open Database dialog window that appears, select the server where the

FAXconfiguration.nsf database file is located, in the Server field.

Double-click on the Fax folder and then double-click on Fax Configuration.
