In the dialog window, click on the fourth tab
17 Highlight the value in the Template Name field, right-click and select Copy.
18 Uncheck the Database file is a master template box.
19 Close the dialog window.
20 Click File > Database > Open again, or right-click in the workspace and select Open
Database.
21 In the Open Database dialog window that appears, select the Lotus Notes server, in the
Server field.
22 Double-click on the Fax folder.
23 In the Filename field at the bottom, type Fax\MailFaxTemplate.ntf.
Click Open; the Mail-Fax Template-Fax tab opens and a Fax option is now visible in the

Views folder in the left panel. A Mail-Fax Template icon is also created in the
workspace.
Note: Views will display specific documents with similar criteria in a database.
25 Click File > Database > Properties.
