Make Busy

You can use the Make Busy feature to have your phone appear busy to other
callers. If callers dial your phone number when Make Busy is enabled a
message indicating that your line is busy is displayed on their phones.
To disable Make Busy:
• Press the key you programmed to Make Busy. The key
illuminates when Make Busy is activated and MAKE BUSY is
displayed.
To disable Make Busy:
• Press the key you programmed to Make Busy.

Messaging- Advisory

This feature enables you to display a message, at the calling extension. You
select your message from a list of pre-defined messages. The message
remains on the calling extension's LCD for the duration of ringing and is
cleared when the caller hangs up or the call is answered.
To use Messaging-Advisory:
1. Press the Superkey.
2. Press Messaging
3. Press Advisory.
4. Press Next Message until you see the message you wish to display.
Screen displays "Show Message No"
5. Enter the message number using the dialing keypad.
6. Press Enter to save.

Message Waiting Indicator

The Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) feature allows you to be notified when
messages have been left on another phone. Once you have programmed a
key to MWI, this key is always enabled.
To use MWI to contact the extension that left a message:
• Press the key you have programmed to MWI.
