Forward and Reverse Searching

During tape playback, press and release the FF I_IOK but-
ton or the REW(ind) 41 button. A fast forward or reverse pic-
ture searchwill begin.

To return to playback, press the PLAY • button.
Viewing a Still Picture
I
During tape playback, press the STILL/SLOW button. A
stillpicture will appearon-screen.

To advance the still picture frame-by-frame, press the
STILL/SLOW button repeatedly.

Viewing a Slow Motion Picture

During tape playback, press and hold the STILL/SLOW
button for three se_:0nds.The tape will playin slow motion.

Press the STILL/SLOW -I+ buttons to adjust the speed of
slow motion playback.

To return to playback, press the PLAY • button.
Repeat Playback

Press and hold the PLAY • button until the [;> light flash-
es on the display panel. Now, when a tape hasfinishedplaying,
theVCA will rewind it and start playbackagain.TheVC2R will play
the tape 50 times.The t> light on the displaypanelwill flash during
tape playbackandwhile rewinding.TV programming will appear
while the tape is rewinding,
