Press the {User Tools/Counter} key.
When a group is registered, other e-mail destinations can be added to the
group. For the registration procedure, see "Registering a Name to Group".
Note
! Up to 128 alphanumerical characters are usable for the mail address.

Select [System Settings] using {U} or {T}, and then press the {OK} key.

Select [Administrator Tools] using {U} or {T}, and then press the {OK} key.

Select [Address Book Management] using {U} or {T}, and then press the {OK}
key.

Select [Program/Change] using {U} or {T}, and then press the {OK} key.
