To cancel searching
Press L>- PLAY or • STOP.
To turn off the bar indication
Press DISPLAY again.

below.
fhe total time length may not be displayed correctly for:
"l_pes other than %60, "1 _ 120, or T- 160.

• With the bar indication on, the _ FFi "_ and _ REWi _" buttons on the remote
commander work only for moving the pointer (Y) and are not used for normal tape operation.
fhe _ FF and _41 REW buttons on the V(;R are used fbr normal tape operation. Note,
however, if you press these buttons on the VCR, searching is canceled.
