PLAYING A DISC

1. Press the OPEN/CLOSE button.
2. Place a disc gently into the tray with the disc's label facing up.
3. Press the PLAY button or OPEN/CLOSE button to close the disc tray.
4. If the disc does not play automatically, it will display the main disc menu.
- To play a Blu-Ray disc from the Disc Menu, press ENTER button.
- To play a DVD from the Disc Menu, press PLAY or ENTER button.
Whenyoustopdiscplay, t he player remembers w here youstopped, s owhenyoupressPLAY b uttonagain, i t will
pickupwhereyouleftoff.Thisiscalled the "Resume" f unction.
WithsomeBlu-ray discs(BD-J), thisfunction maynot work.
_ Press the STOP b uttontwiceduringplayback t o disable the Resume f unction.
_ Topause the playback, p ressthePAUSE buttonduringplayback.
Toresume, p ressthe PLAY b utton.
_ Ifthe player is leftinthe stopmodemorethan5 minutes withoutanyuserinterface, a screen saverwill appear o n
yourTV.Ifthe player is leftinthe screen savermodefor morethan15minutes, t he power will automatically turn
off except d uringplayback of anCD-DA(Automatic P ower-Oft F unction).
_ Ifnobuttonsarepressed onthe unitor remote control f ormorethan5 minutes whenthe unitisinPause mode,a
screensaverwillappear o nyourTV.
