Sets the baud rate for the host controller. Front panel baud rate cannot be set
using this command. When the port is changing its own baud rate, this becomes
active only after the response has been sent back.
Format: CMD27, Port#, Rate, Cks1, Cks2, EOT

The Host tells the Matrix 200 to enter a specific operating mode.

81h disable vertical interval switching, clear bit-3 of StsB1
82h enter a slave mode, set bit-4 of StsB1
