Customizing
the AV memory
position
(cont.)
The "Speakers"
function
allows you to play the 2_v_s sound
through
the internal
speaker
or the external
speakers.
• Choose "Internal"
if you want to play the TV's s;ound through
the TV's built-in
speakers.
• Choose "External"
if you connect
speakers
to tke speaker
terminals
on the rear of the TV, or if you want: to play the sound
of your TV through
an audio system.
The "ACCY Out (Accessory
out)" function
determines
how the
TV sends a second audio signal to an audio system
or home theater
receiver
using the accessory
output terminals
on the rear of the TV.
Your choices are "PIP," "SAP," or "Main."
• If you choose "PIP"
or "SAP,"
the TV sends an audio signal
for
the PIP channel
or the SAP (second audio program).
For
example,
selecting
SAP or PIP allows a person using head-
phones
to listen
privately
to the PIP or SAP audio signal.
• If you choose "Main,"
the TV sends out an a_.dio signal
at a
fixed volume level. The level does not change
w]aen you adju_st
the TV's volume.
