3.Remove
the drive w heels from the unit.
4.Start the engine, run engine atfull
throttle, and release the parking brake.
5.Move t he steering levers from Forward
toReverse
several times tomake s ure
controls are free. Then r eturn steering
levers toneutral position.
6.Check wheel(s)
formovement.
NOTE: The right and left h ydraulic
pumps are
adjusted the same w ay.
7.Ifawheel moves, adjust the return to
neutral mechanism
onthe hydraulic
pump:
a. Loosen the return toneutral screw
onthe pump.
b. Slowly move the speed and
direction
control bracket clockwise
orcounterclockwise
until the
wheel stops m oving.
c. Hold t he stop bracket inposition
and tighten the return toneutral
screw o nthe pump.
8.Move s teering levers from Forward
to
Reverse
several times and return
steering levers toneutral position.
Check wheel(s)
formovement.
9.Ifwheel isstill m oving, repeat steps 7
and 8.
10. S hut OFF engine.
11. Replace drive w heels.

1. Shut OFF engine. Engage parking
brake. Remove the ignition key.
2. Place seat in the service position (See
Service Position on page 18).
3. Loosen brake interlock on the same side
as steering lever to be adjusted.
4. Loosen tie rod jam nuts and turn tie rod
until steering levers are aligned.
5. Tighten jam nut on tie rod, tighten brake
interlock.
