Deactivate Zone Set Dialog Box
1. Click Start to deactivate the zone.
Messages appear in the Status area indicating the progress and the Cancel button
changes to a Close button.
2. When the process completes, click Close to close the dialog box.
When you deactivate the currently-active zone set:
•
All devices are considered to be in the default zone if the default zone is enabled. In this
case, all devices in the fabric can communicate and access each other.
•
If the default zone is disabled, then no device can access or communicate with any other
device in the fabric.
Save Active Zone Set
Use the following procedure to save the active zone set as a different zone set in the zone
set library or to save zoning configurations that you changed.
1. Click the Save active zone set as button at the bottom of the Zoning View.
The Save Active Zone Set As dialog box displays (Figure 22).
