7. Perform one of the following steps:
– Click the selected zone option to remove the WWN or nickname from that zone only.
– Click All Zones to remove the WWN from all zones in the zone library.
8. Click OK to remove the WWN or nickname.
The Remove WWN/Nickname dialog box closes.
9. Click Close to close the Zone Sets dialog box.
Replace WWNs and Nicknames
Use the Replace WWN/Nicknames option to replace a node's WWN or nickname with
another node's WWN or nickname. This function applies in all zones where the original
WWN or nickname was a member. This action does not work for zone members defined as
ports.
1. In either the Zoning View or the Topology View, choose Zone Sets from the Configure
menu.
The Zone Sets dialog box displays (Figure 26 on page 68). Click the magnifying glass
icon next to a zone set to expand or hide the list of zones in the set and list of members
in the zone.
2. Select the WWN or nickname that you want to replace.
3. From the Actions menu, choose Replace WWN/Nickname.
The Replace WWN/Nickname dialog box displays (Figure 42).
