S3V voltage is 3.47V or less when the computer is powered on/off.
S3V voltage is 3.14V or less in normal conditions.

E5V voltage is over 6.00V when the computer is powered on/off.
E5V voltage is 4.50V or less in normal conditions when the computer
is powered on.
