❏ We recommend canceling all printing job by pressing the Cancel Job
button for more than 2 seconds because canceling just the job that
caused the error may result defects in the next printing job.
Invalid N/W Module
There is no network program, or the network program cannot be
used with the AcuLaser C3000. Update the program.
Jam XXX
The location where the paper jam occurred is displayed at
indicates the location of the error.
If a paper jam occurs at two or more locations simultaneously, the
corresponding multiple locations are displayed.

Description
Paper is jammed at the fuser unit. For instructions on how to

Paper is jammed at cover A. For instructions on how to

Paper is jammed where it feeds into the printer, or at the

Paper is jammed inside the duplex unit. For instructions on

Paper is jammed where it feeds into the printer or at the paper
