USB Memory Key
You can connect a USB memory Key on the front side of your machine. The files stored in TXT, TIFF and
JPEG formats will be analyzed and you will be able to use the following actions:
Print the stored files contained in your USB memory key.
Delete the files contained in your USB memory key.
Run an analysis on the contents of the inserted USB memory key.
Digitalize and save a document onto your USB memory key.
Fax archiving.

Counters:
Total Counter Access
Press the "down arrow" key, enter 821 with the keyboard, the number of SENT PAGES
appears on the screen. Quit this menu by pressing the "stop" key.
Press the "down arrow" key, enter 822 with the keyboard, the number of RECEIVED PG
appears on the screen. Quit this menu by pressing the "stop" key.
Press the "down arrow" key, enter 823 with the keyboard, the number of SCANNED
PAGE appears on the screen. Quit this menu by pressing the "stop" key.
Total Counter: Press the "down arrow" key, enter 824 with the keyboard, the number of
PRINTED PG appears on the screen. Quit this menu by pressing the "stop" key.
Counter Information:
Sent Pages, Received PG, Scanned Page, Printed PGParameter list including counter
information can be printed by pressing the "down arrow" key and entering 54 with the keypad.
(You cannot print this on A5 format paper)
Counter Specifications:
Total counter limit 10 digits. Max count 2,147,483,647 (7fffffffhex.)
