Specify settings for the following.
Date/Time Setting: The printing date and time can be printed on the
document pages.
Page: Page numbers can be printed on all document pages.
Preset Stamp: Preset text can be printed on the pages.
Page Print: The document can be printed at the same time that is
sent.
Description
This appears if multiple documents were selected. Select a docu-
ment, and then click the [Top], [Up], [Down] or [Bottom] button to
change the document order. To return the documents to their orig-
inal order, click the [Undo] button. To display the document list as
thumbnails, click the [Thumbnail View] button.
Displays the number of pages in the original.
Displays the color type.
Select the file format ("PDF", "JPEG", "TIFF", "Compact PDF",
"XPS" or "Compact XPS").
Specify the pages to be downloaded. If "Page" is selected, specify
the starting and ending pages. If multiple documents were selected,
"ALL" is selected. If "JPEG" was selected as the file format, "Page"
is selected.
Description
To select a destination from the list of user boxes, click the [Search
from List] button. A destination can also be searched for using the
page number or index characters.
Select this check box to copy the document.
Description
Displays the names of the selected documents. When multiple doc-
uments are selected, the [Thumbnail View] button appears. To dis-
play the documents as thumbnails, click the [Thumbnail View]
button.
