5.2 UNIT LEVEL TROUBLESHOOTING

When a problem occurs, you may be able to identify the defective unit by the symptoms. The table below lists
the symptoms of certain problems. Once the problem is identified, refer to the flowchart that corresponds to
the problem.

The printer does not operate at
power on
An error is detected
A failure occurs during printing
Printer does not feed the paper
