AltiServ HPBX Configuration GUI Changes
After AltiServ HPBX is installed, the following screens in AltiWare will be
updated to allow for multiple tenant configuration.
General Page - Extension Configuration

In the General page of Extension Configuration:
•
Calling Number field - each extension number in a tenant group can
be configured with a calling number. When an outgoing call is made
by this extension through PRI or IP trunks, the calling number will be
displayed as Caller ID to the receiving caller.
If the Calling Number field is not configured, the 10-digit dialing DID
number (if configured) will be sent as the calling number.
If the 10 digit-DID number is not configured either, the trunk number
(if configured) will be sent.
