Options
You can add a number of options to make your computer even more powerful and
convenient to use. The following options are available:
Memory expansion
Battery pack
AC adaptor
USB diskette drive
Battery charger
Security lock
Wireless LAN Kit
Bluetooth Kit
Advanced Port
Replicator II
NOTE: The Satellite Pro M10 does not support the DVI port on the
Advanced Port Replicator II.

A 128, 256 or 512 MB memory module can easily be
installed in the computer.
An additional battery pack can be purchased from your
TOSHIBA dealer. Use it as a spare or replacement.
If you use your computer at more than one site frequently,
it may be convenient to purchase an additional AC adaptor
for each site so you will not have to carry the adaptor with
you. Two AC adaptors are available as options: 75 W, 5.0
A and 60 W, 4.0 A. You can use either adaptor with the
computer.
A 3 1/2" diskette drive accommodates 1.44-megabyte or
720-kilobyte diskettes. It connects to a USB port. (Win-
dows XP does not support 720-kilobyte diskettes.)
The battery charger lets you charge extra batteries outside
the computer.
A slot is available to attach a security cable to the com-
puter to deter theft.
This option enables Wireless LAN functions in computers
that do not have wireless preinstalled. It is installed by
dealers only.
This option enables Bluetooth wireless communications in
computers that do not have Bluetooth preinstalled. It is
installed by dealers only.
The Port Replicator provides the ports available on the
computer in addition to separate PS/2™ mouse and PS/2
keyboard ports, a digital visual interface (DVI) port, i.LINK
(IEEE1394) port, line-in jack and line-out jack.
