Manual Feed: Transparencies (Overheads)

Caution! Transparencies must withstand the fusing process heat of 392°F
(200°C) for 0.1 second without wrinkling or gumming up.
Ÿ Use transparencies designed for laser printers.
Ÿ Use rear exit to avoid curling.
To print a transparency:
1. In your software program:
a. Enter the printer setup menu.
b. Select Manual Feed.
c. Select the transparency size.
2. Pull out the rear exit tray and rear exit extender.
3. Lower the manual feed tray.
4. If necessary, adjust the paper width guides.
5. Insert the transparency with the side to be printed facing up.
6. Send the print command from your software. The printed transparency will
exit at the rear.
