Removing Seat Pad for Cleaning

WARNING

Do not use this child restraint without the
seat pad. Failure to do this can result in
serious injury.

Undo fastening strip on armrest pad and remove
armrest pad.

To remove pad, remove
backrest from base (see
"Belt-Positioning
Booster:Without Seat
Back Installation"
section).
Remove Pad From
Base:
From the bottom of seat
base, pull elastic straps
out from under cup
holders.
From the front, pull pad
off of front of seat base.
From the back, pull up

on both elastic straps up
and over the armrests.
Remove Pad From

Backrest:
From the side, remove
pad off of backrest.
Remove Pad From

Headrest:
From the back, remove
the elastic from the top
and bottom of seat back.
Undo the fastening strip
in the middle of the seat
back.
